About WorkCare

From Hire to Retire: Your Partner in Workforce Health + Wellness

WorkCare, Inc., is a U.S. based
occupational health, wellness, and
absence management company.

Peter P. Greaney, M.D., an occupational medicine physician, founded the company in 1984 to support workplace medical surveillance programs. Since then, WorkCare has expanded in response to customer needs to become the full-service organization that exists today.

WorkCare continues to invest in efforts to keep pace with employers’ changing needs and the global marketplace by introducing advanced technology and adding new services lines.

Dr. Greaney remains on our highly qualified leadership team as the company’s Chief Medical Officer and Executive Chairman.

What Sets Us Apart?

People choose WorkCare for many reasons including:

Physician Leadership

We employ multiple board-certified occupational physicians who serve as company medical directors and consultants. They review medical findings to ensure employees can work safely and oversee the delivery of healthcare services that are based on best medical practices, regulatory requirements, industry-specific standards, and client protocols.

Comprehensiveness

Unlike other occupational health providers that offer limited services, our full range of capabilities spans the spectrum of needs – from pre-placement screenings to employee health maintenance, to return-to-work after an absence.

Advanced Technology

WorkCare invests in the creation and use of applications that make it easy for clients and their employees to obtain the services they need for hiring, job placement, and return-to-work decisions, and manage other mission-critical information.
